Hiring Aaron Monroe to photograph our wedding is without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. We chose him based on his previous work because he had a beautiful artistic eye. During our first conversations our personalities clicked and it felt like we were talking to a good friend. He has true love for what he does and he feels so passionately about photographing weddings. He took care to understand what was important to us, and we always felt listened to and valued. On the day of our wedding, he showed up with plenty of time to scope out places to get great shots. He handled our family with such great aplomb that many of them commented how much they enjoyed him. The photographs we got back from him were exquisite. He captured so many great moments, and gave us memories that we can keep forever. We always felt so incredibly taken care of, and we cannot recommend him more highly.
Studio M, and it's sister company, Michael Farmer Photograpy are incredible! Michael and his assistant, Janet, shot video for our wedding in July and were absolutely superb. Janet was so kind throughout the day, and even entertained my nieces when they got a little bored! The entire team of photographers and videographers were so calm, and honestly, we barely noticed they were there. But man oh man, when we got the video back! They had captured our sixties Mad Men wedding perfectly, capturing small details that I never thought would relay on film. Being able to watch myself mouth the words to our first dance, seeing the joy on our ring bearers face as he went down the aisle in a Red Rider wagon, all of it was too wonderful to imagine. They were so good to us, and knowing we were in such capable hands made our day even more relaxing and magical. The main point is, Studio M will work with you and get to know YOU first, so that their video and photography speaks to your specific charm and romance. Your love story is, like ours, is unique, and deserves to be captured by a company that keeps that in mind. I can't wait to show this video to our kids, and one day, our grandkids!
I hired Aaron Monroe, Studio M's lead photographer, last August to do our wedding photos. I had a DIY wedding, me and my family did everything ourselves, but I knew I wanted to have professional pictures, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Me and my husband have four kids, all of whom were in the wedding, and he got so many precious moments of them with us, by far my favorite pictures. He made the photo session with just me and my husband a pretty enjoyable experience, we wondered around the park where we had our ceremony and got a lot of great pictures. It was very easy to follow his directions and he listened to all our ideas, we got all the pictures we wanted and more. He was there for the reception too, he had helped me put together a timeline of all the events I wanted to take place at the wedding, First Dance, Bouquet Toss, Toasts etc. so he helped me keep the flow of the reception going, and got great pictures of it all.
My partner and I had a love shoot in prep for our wedding coming up. Michael Farmer Photography was amazing! They had the cutest props to accompany the shoot that really added extra value in the photos. If you like vintage/DIY style shoots this is the place to go. I even got help picking out the best outfit for the shoot! All my friends and family adore our photos-we received over 100 likes and comments on Facebook and everyone was asking who took the photos. Plus it is so relevant and outstanding that they work with same sex couples. My partner and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Use this company!
We used Studio M for our wedding and so far the pictures are beautiful. They are reasonably priced for the quality of photos. They are also very friendly and make you feel comfortable. This is a big deal to me since I don't like taking pictures. The photo booth was great too and everyone who wasn't too into dancing was entertained the whole night with the phtoto booth.
